Open Door Policy

Partnership with Parents/Caregivers/Families

Open Door Policy

  • Families are appreciated and have an open invitation to visit the Centre
  • All parents /caregivers are welcome to spend time in the Centre observing the children at play or supervising an activity.
  • Volunteers are always needed to accompany children /staff to field trips, sports and other events. Keeping an open line of communication between the Centre and families ensures that the best interests of the children are served both at home and at the Centre.
  • An open door policy is also extended to the community since we strongly believe that the Centre and the community share a responsibility to meet the needs of the children and their families. Therefore, parent, family and community involvement is necessary to boost the service of our programme.
